Upon completion of this program, you will be equipped with the practical skills needed to assist end users and collaborate with IT, ERP, and CRM teams, using tools such as PC hardware, SAP, and Salesforce.
This diploma gives you the foundational knowledge necessary for a successful career as a PC Support Technician. You’ll gain expertise in computer systems, operating systems, networking, and both hardware and software components—skills essential for troubleshooting and support roles.
You will also be trained to handle and resolve issues in both Microsoft Windows and Linux environments, ensuring you are ready for any challenge.
The student has an Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent OR is 18 years of age or older on or before the program begins AND can pass a qualifying test (Wonderlic – 19) that has been approved by the Superintendent.
